Who are we

Reid Community Development Corporation (RCDC) is an affiliate of Reid Temple African Methodist Episcopal Church. We are a private, non-profit 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization established in 1994 to support the church's growing community ministries.

Our Mission

To foster economic growth and community development by establishing programs and resources that provide relief to socially and economically disadvantaged residents of Prince George's County and the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Our Goals

• Promote community development and revitalization.
  
  
• Work within the community to obtain the involvement of federal, state and local officials in community-based initiatives.
  
  
• Participate in community projects and partnerships that will improve the quality of life and economic environment of Prince George's County and the surrounding area.
  
  
• Direct and coordinate the development and management of a multi-purpose center for community services.
